Need help getting through the storm?

 Remember:

  • You are not alone.
  • It is not your fault.
  • No one ever deserves to be abused.
  • Help is available.

Getting Help is sometimes the hardest decision to make. You may kind of feel like there is  a tornado inside you. Sometimes it seems like there is a layer of fog that you can't see through. What will be on the other side of the fog. Who do I ask? What do I do? Will it even make a difference? All these questions will come up and I am sure you have already thought about them many times. It is important that you find "The lighthouse" to help you see through all these thoughts. Who will you let be your "Lighthouse"?  A trusted Parent, Teacher, Counselor. Maybe a friends parent. Heck I don't care if you ask the lunchlady to be your lighthouse!  Just find your lighthouse!

If you are in immediate danger of abuse or fearful of an abusive situation you are in right now.
